-Asparagus Risotto with Fish of theWeek
-Salad with young greens, blue cheese and crisp pancetta
-A little something I saw on Design Sponge - Cottage cheese with strawberry rhubarb compote and reduced balsamic.
-Tofu lettuce wraps
-Seared chicken breast and mushrooms with a white wine cram sauce and fettuccine

thanks. so far the risotto and fish have been great. we had that tonight.
