Tag I'm it

Ok I have been tagged by two people now, Warda at 64 sq ft kitchen and Ashley at Wax Dribbles & Melt Pools so I figure I had better do it. 7 things about me that you would not know.

  1. I was an orphan who was adopted by a family when I was 29 years old.
  2. My childhood dream was to be an architect and I still dream about it but I know it will never happen, I am getting older you know and I know that I am really good at accounting.
  3. I love sushi but hate the California roll.
  4. I was homeschooled until I was 15 years old and then started public high school. I am not a fan of homeschooling.
  5. I thought that my husband was a conceded jerk when I met him while on a date with his college roommate. I changed my mind about that since then.
  6. I went to school to be a Police officer and at the last minute decided that it was not for me, accounting was more my style.
  7. In the last few years I have found that I really enjoy yoga, pilates and biking.

And from what I can tell I am to pick 7 other bloggers to tag, hummmm lets see I am sure some will not get all goose bumpy over this but I wanted to pick blogs that I read that have not yet been tagged.

Katie @ Little Spatula

Emiline @ Sugar Plum

Tea @ Tea & Cookies

One of the first blogs I started following Lex Culinaria

Laurie @ Mediterranean Cooking in Alaska

Shayne - I just tagged you too. I guess I was too late! Well, it was fun to read your meme anyway!

Well Shayne, we both have one thing in common, accounting. It was not my choice of profession, but rock star I guess was out of the question!

yes I really enjoy working those numbers and running after paperwork. I have been missing it lately and have been thinking about going back to work. This stay at home mother things gets old at times.

Oh, man! I've already done this one.

That's cool that you were adopted at 29.

You could still be architect! Never say never.
But maybe accounting suites you.

Wow! Those are some interesting facts!

I agree. The stay at home mom thing can get old. I've been doing it for 10 years. There are no easy answers for us moms.
